In Oujda, the 20 hectares of the Lalla Aicha park provide a large area for rest and recreation, with its swimming pools, sports fields, tennis courts and horse riding tracks. Another park, the Lalla Meryem gardens, with its fountains and pools, gives an opportunity for a picnic between two visits in the old town. To the east of Oujda, the Sidi Maafa forest is dedicated to sport and relaxation. You can go jogging in cool air, or see cultural or sports events.
